Have a 92TT with stock Bose system that's worked just okay until now. My left rear speaker now buzzes like crazy and I am not sure what it is...maybe the amp? Anyway, the CD player works a little intermittently, and the door speakers rattle. Thinking of a cheap replacement. Don't want to spend much. Any suggestions? Maybe an Alpine with 40wX4 or something and some new efficient speakers? Anyone done this? I know this is posted about a lot, but I searched and didn't see anything on this exactly.
